At ARAYA, we take pride in offering premium, sustainably crafted sarees. Each piece is carefully curated to ensure the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • The product must be in the same condition and quality as delivered.

    • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that do not meet the above return conditions.

  • Since our sarees are premium and delicate, we conduct strict quality checksβ€”returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at arayaloom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images of the product

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be instructed to ship the product back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide reverse pickup services.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

    • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges, as each saree is part of a limited and carefully curated collection.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
